Peruan style sea bass Ceviche. Arroz negro (a very tasty rice dish where the cuttlefish ink is used to turn the rice black) with cuttlefish and prawns. Seafood ravioli with seafood sauce. Secreto Ibérico (a part of the Iberian pork which is very juicy and tender). Rack of lamb with herbs. Cod confit cooked at low temperature with alioli gratin.
