Located by the beautiful roundabout of Can Berenguer in Pollença. This restaurant opened recently under the management of the Calvari Group. The kitchen is under the management of David Rivas, who was among the nine finalists chosen to represent Spain and Portugal at the S.Pellegrino Young Chef 2016. The place offers simple but different cuisine. Using local, good quality products, which together with the quality work of the cooks and their background and experience, as well as the wide variety of dishes cooked and grilled in a Josper oven, combined with the kitchen low temperature, allow us to enjoy flavours and textures which are hard to get on a traditional grill and which guarantee an excellent quality in the final product.
Veal T-bone, Angus tip roast and fresh fish of the day, all accompanied with our special garrison of local products bought directly from the farmer.
